Shipping & Returns


  • Due to high product movement and product variety, some products may NOT be available for shipment and be out stock. In such instances, a sales representative will contact and notify you that your product may be temporarily unavailable.
  • All our orders are sold FOB our warehouse in the city of Vernon, in Los Angeles, California.
  • Merchandise may take up to five (5) business days for qualified orders to be shipped from the main warehouse.
  • Delivery time depends on the shipping carrier and shipping address. Please allow an estimated three (3) to ten (10) days to receive shipments.
  • We select the best shipping methods based of the lowest freight charges, however you can select your own preferred shipping company.
  • Our website will calculate estimated shipping charges, at the time of check out. If the freight is more than calculated value a sales representative will call to confirm shipping charges.
  • Heavier products are more difficult to calculate of estimated freight charges and tend to be more expensive based on the weight of the product. These products include liquids, sodas, shampoos and high-volume products (bath tissue, disposable napkin and plasticware).
  • Shipping company will charge extra 35% for Lift gate and $35 for residential areas.
  • The orders will be fully inspected for shipping.
  • Freight insurance is not included in shipping charges. Your shipping company is liable for the delivery of merchandise in good condition.
  • On all international orders, customers are responsible for all charges including, but limited to, trucking to harbor, loading container, consolidation, cargo insurance.


  • Since the orders are prepared from multiple warehouses and locations, shipping cancellations of a prepared order will have a 35% restocking fee.
  • If the order is NOT prepared, the cancellation can take place without a restocking fee. You must call to cancel any order as soon as possible.

Damaged Merchandise:

  • All shipments before leaving our distribution center will be checked for damage or breakage. At the time of receiving any shipment, customers are responsible for inspecting their merchandise and filing any claims with their shipping company.
    • Tip: Please make sure the driver makes a note of any damages before he/she leaves. Sometimes it may be better for customers to refuse delivery of highly damaged goods as a result of trucking or shipping company. They may be reliable for damages.
  • is not responsible for lost or damage freight while in transit.


  • Returns of any order will cost a 35% restocking fee. We strongly suggest that you are sure about the purchased and orders you are making prior to submittal.
  • All returned must be authorized within five (5) days of receipt. For unauthorized returns, customers are responsible for shipping charges both in and out of the warehouse.
