Shipping Terms:

* All orders will be shipped from our distribution center in Los Angeles.

* All merchandise is sold FOB (freight on board) from our warehouse in Los Angeles.

* All freight charges need to be paid by buyer.

* All freight charges to and from harbor need to be paid by buyer.

* All bank charges for L/C (letter of credit) inside and outside USA needs to be paid by the buyer.

* Cargo insurance needs to be provided by the buyer and be responsible for the insurance cost.

* If there are any other charges involved it will need to be paid by the buyer.

* All shipments before leaving our distribution center will be checked for damage or brokerage, however accidents happen in shipping. At the time of receiving, customers will have to make a claim through the shipping company and make sure the driver makes a note for any damages before he/she leaves.

* The measurement for Glassware are approximate and sometimes not the exact size as picture shows.

Cancellation Policy:

All orders and purchases are final. All cancellations will receive a 25% Restocking Fee.
